As of today’s date, the resolution of the Ministry of Mobility (Directorate of Maritime Transport) has been published, which states that the declarations responsible issued by the Balearic Government for charter licences of British flagged vessels under 14 metres are no longer valid.

This resolution includes a list of vessels which, having previously obtained the declaration responsible for charter in 2019 or 2020 and which are still in date will now cease to be valid.

Regardless of the above, it is recalled that the new declarations will be valid for one year as from the date of issue.
