PREVENTION MEASUREMENTS TO BE TAKEN WHILST ON A CHARTER

Yesterday the Resolution of the Minister of Health and Consumption of July 13, 2020 was published, which establishes concrete measures to prevent the contagion and spreading of the coronavirus.

In relation to the nautical charter, in addition to complying with the general rules for cleaning and disinfection, the following measures have been established:

In the tourist or recreational passenger transport by sea, seventy-five percent of the capacity will be allowed in the closed deck areas of the boat and total allowed on board in the open deck areas of the boat. Where the level of occupation allows it, the maximum separation between users will be sought. Users will make mandatory use of the mask.
