Following the end of the State of Alarm, the Balearic Government approved on 7th May the Governing Council Agreement establishing the new measures which are applicable in the Balearic Islands.

As far as the nautical charter activity is concerned, the current rules are as follows:

• Seventy-five percent (75%) capacity permitted of the vessel's closed areas and all (100%) of the seating spaces for uncovered areas of the vessel.
• Maximum space between passengers shall be ensured.
• Passengers are obligated to use masks.
• Companies must keep a check on all persons who are on board the vessel so that at least personal and contact details are recorded and kept. This document must be available to the Directorate-General for Public Health of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
